针灸辅助治疗对脑卒中后抑郁患者血清细胞因子、神经递质的影响

摘要
目的:研究针灸辅助治疗对脑卒中后抑郁患者血清细胞因子、神经递质的影响。方法:选择卒中后抑郁患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组接受神经营养、康复锻炼以及抗抑郁药物等对症治疗,针灸组在对症治疗的基础上进行针灸辅助治疗。治疗前及治疗后2、4周时,检测血清中神经细胞因子、炎症细胞因子及神经递质的含量。结果:治疗后2、4周时,两组血清中BDNF、NGF、IGF-1、FGF-2、NE、DA、5-HT的含量均高于治疗前,HCY、IL-1β、IL-2、sIL-2R、TNF-α的含量均低于治疗前且针灸组患者血清中BDNF、NGF、IGF-1、FGF-2、NE、DA、5-HT的含量均高于对照组,HCY、IL-1β、IL-2、sIL-2R、TNF-α的含量均低于对照组。结论:针灸辅助治疗用于卒中后抑郁能够增加神经细胞因子分泌、减少炎症细胞因子分泌并调节单胺类神经递质的功能。
