摘要：

<正>目前,随着人民生活水平的日益提高、饮食结构的改变、生活节奏的加快、社会心理因素的改变等多重因素影响,使得便秘的患病率逐年上升[1]。便秘症状反复或持续,会严重影响患者生活质量[2]。慢性便秘的病因中,大部分是功能性疾病[3],其病理生理学机制尚未完全清楚,目前很多研究显示慢性便秘患者存在肠道菌群的紊乱,菌群紊乱会诱发和加重便秘症状[4]。随着分子生物学技术的发展,有望可以通过宏
