<正>腹股沟疝是常见病、多发病,以老年腹股沟疝病人为主要患病群体。老年病人由于衰老、并存疾病、衰弱等多方面因素,围手术期发生不良事件的风险显著增加[1],需要额外关注。中华医学会外科学分会疝与腹壁外科学组组织国内部分相关专业专家,在《成人腹股沟疝诊断和治疗指南(2018版)》基础上(以下简称《指南》),针对老年病人诊治中的特殊问题,从老年的定义及年龄分层、诊断及术前准备、麻醉方法及选择、治疗方法及选择、术后早期管理及术后并发症防治6个方面,经过反复讨论修订,形成以下
