<正>辅助性T细胞17(T helper cell 17,Th17)和调节性T细胞(regulatory T cells,Treg)是近年来发现的两类CD4+T细胞亚群,目前认为Th17具有明显促进炎症的作用,引起组织炎性病理损伤;而Treg细胞具有抑制免疫反应的作用,维持机体的免疫耐受,两者对立统一,维持着机体平衡。Th17/Treg细胞平衡在自身免疫性疾病,尤其是类风湿关节炎免疫调节中
