摘要：

科技型中小企业成长的高风险性源于其成长的特殊性、影响因素的复杂性、难甄别性以及由此引致的成长机制的不完善性。从仿生学视角入手,以117家科技型中小企业为样本,提出其成长机制构成要素并实证检验其对企业成长性的作用和影响。研究表明:科技型中小企业成长机制包括内生和外生共13个关键要素,且各要素对企业成长性的不同因子具有显著的正向影响,并据此提出推动科技型中小企业成长的建议。
