基质金属蛋白酶-2与脑缺血损伤及修复

摘要
基质金属蛋白-2(MMP-2)是MMP家族中的一员,可降解细胞外基质。在脑缺血早期,MMP-2可通过破坏内皮细胞紧密连接和基底膜,使血脑屏障开放;脑缺血后期,MMP-2则能促进神经血管再生,有利于损伤脑组织的修复。
