摘要：

<正> 维持性血液透析患者体内肉毒碱(Carnitine,C)缺乏已经证实。近年来对血液透析患者补充肉毒碱在红细胞膜稳定性、脂代谢、心功能、心律失常、肌肉症状、营养状态等多方面的改善作用有新的认识,本文对此作一综述。肉毒碱的生理代谢及功能肉毒碱全称为3-羟基-4-三甲氨基丁酸,分子量为162道尔顿,极易溶于水,分为右旋肉毒碱(D型,DC)和左旋肉毒碱(L型,LC),只有L型有生理
