摘要
目的探讨儿童芒果过敏患者的芒果果实过敏原。方法提取芒果果实蛋白质组分,利用十二烷基丙磺酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)对粗提蛋白进行组分分析;双向电泳-免疫印迹法鉴定芒果过敏原成分。结果芒果果实中100ku及35ku蛋白与儿童芒果过敏患者血清IgE反应率较高(6/14),双向电泳-免疫印迹结果显示与IgE反应较为明显的有至少12个蛋白点,这些蛋白等电点均大于6.5。结论儿童芒果过敏原与成人有差异。
