中国三大产业的资本存量、资本回报率及其收敛性:1978—2013

摘要：

本文结合资本租金公式框架构建资本回报率的测算模型,估算中国各省(市、区)1978—2013年三次产业资本回报率。研究发现,2004年以后中国资本误置愈发严重,且以产业之间效应和交叉效应为主。中国三大产业资本回报率全国范围内的绝对收敛虽然存在,但是速度极为缓慢,缩小地区差距需要国家的宏观调控。缩小省际全要素生产率、人力资本水平的差异会显著提高其收敛速度。"地理学第一定律"同样适用于对资本回报率的收敛分析。
