肠道菌群对动脉粥样硬化作用机制的研究概述

摘要
肠道菌群是人体内尚未完明确的一个大型菌群,新近研究发现肠道菌群与动脉粥样硬化形成可能密切相关,肠道菌群在组成和功能变化可能产生复杂的病理变化导致动脉粥样硬化,这一发现尚未明确证实,但此观点对研究动脉粥样硬化及其他疾病提供新方向。现对一领域研究文献进行梳理汇总,发现饮食习惯改变肠道菌群组成,进而代谢产生一种可能会促进动脉粥样硬化形成的物质—氧化三甲胺(TMTO),现报道如下。
