摘要
脑微循环障碍是急性脑缺血触发的、发生在缺血半暗带、造成半暗带无灌注和低灌注现象的主要病理机制。血管内以多种因素造成的血流动力学改变为主;血管壁上以血管内皮细胞功能紊乱为主;血管外以脑水肿形成及脑水肿造成的压迫为主;一些细胞因子的释放对微循环也造成一定的影响。
