眩晕症的中医证候多元分析初步研究

Objective:Exploring the method of objective differentiation of Vertigo.Method:Patients of Vertigo need to fill a form about the symptoms of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and then analyze the distributive characteristics of the symptoms and the syndromes by clustered and discriminant analysis.Result:Clustered analysis method let the common syndromes became 3 assemblage syndromes.The most common syndrome is disturbing-up of the phlegm heat which accord with the clinicalobservation.Discriminant shows that the strength of every symptom which consist of the syndrome and that distinguish symptoms.It maybe the base for objective differentiation of TCM.Conclusion:The multiple factors analysis method may materialize the way of the objective differentiation of TCM.On the other hand,the way to inherited the traditional experience for the syndromes basis on the multiple analysis still need to be explored.
