摘要：

类风湿关节炎(RA)是一种以侵蚀性关节炎为临床表现的系统性自身免疫病,可发生于任何年龄。其中,妊娠/哺乳期妇女、老年患者、疫苗接种以及合并心血管、肿瘤病史等特殊RA人群在临床工作中十分常见。肿瘤坏死因子α抑制剂(TNFi)是RA治疗中重要的生物制剂。随着疗效与安全性研究证据的积累,对于上述特殊RA人群的使用已经陆续得到关注。本文针对TNFi在上述这些特殊人群中的研究进行总结,旨在为国内风湿免疫科医师在临床实践中提供依据。
