摘要
分析了当今配电网规划的需求,确立了柔性负荷资源纳入规划的重要作用。从能量互动方式、调度响应方式、用户及设备类型3个角度提出柔性负荷的分类方式与分类结果。针对柔性负荷接入对配电网规划的影响,从负荷预测、电力平衡、规划优化、规划方案评估四大环节分析了现有规划方法的适应性与不足之处,并提出相应的改进思路与建议。最后,围绕柔性负荷建模、配电大数据挖掘与应用等新型关键技术进行了综述,并对未来配电网建设发展趋势进行了总结与展望。
