摘要：

褪黑素是主要由松果体合成与分泌的一种重要吲哚类神经内分泌激素,它的临床作用非常广泛,对昼夜节律、性成熟及生殖、衰老、免疫反应、氧化应激等都有调节作用,近年的学者研究发现褪黑素与麻醉关系密切,本文将会就相关内容进行阐述。
