摘要：

Nrf2-ARE通路是近年来发现的尤为重要的抗氧化应激通路,其信号转导机制复杂而广泛。近年来,研究发现其在缺血性心肌损伤的发病机理中发挥着重要作用,有望成为治疗缺血性心肌损伤的一个新的治疗靶点。本文就其生物学功能及其在缺血性心肌损伤中的作用作一阐述。
