基于钴酞菁聚合物膜修饰电极的生物传感器测定有机磷农药的研究

摘要
该文报道了一种用于检测有机磷农药的安培生物传感器,将钴(Ⅱ)-4,4',4'',4'''四氨基酞菁(CoTAPc)单体电聚合到一支玻碳电极上作为硫代胆碱电化学氧化的电催化剂,通过交联的方法将乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)固定在醋酸纤维膜上,再将该酶膜固定于聚四氨基钴酞菁(p-CoTAPc)修饰电极表面。采用10min 的温育时间,百分抑制率与对硫磷或乐果浓度的对数值都在1.0×10-9~1.0×10-6mol/L 浓度范围内呈线性关系,检测限分别可达7.0×10-10mol/L 和2.6×10-10mol/L。农药对 AChE 的抑制作用产生后,用2-吡啶醛肟甲基氯化物(2-PAM)可以有效地使酶膜再生活化。
