摘要：

随着医学模式的发展，银屑病对患者健康相关生命质量的影响越来越受到医患双方的普遍关注。健康相关生命质量的测量，在发达国家已被广泛应用于患者健康状况的监测，治疗方法和效果的评价及为卫生决策等提供依据。本文就健康相关生命质量的概念与内涵、在银屑病中的应用意义、常用测量方法、以及对银屑病治疗的影响等作一综述。
