理性选择理论视角下的电子书阅读客户端用户流失行为研究

摘要
随着数字阅读的普及,市场上电子书阅读客户端种类繁多,而针对电子书阅读客户端用户流失现象的研究成果较少。文章基于理性选择理论,引入信息系统成功模型中的信息质量、服务质量及满意度,实证研究影响电子书阅读客户端用户流失意愿的相关因素。问卷调查和数据分析表明:信息质量和服务质量对感知收益具有显著正向影响,而对感知成本具有显著负向影响;感知隐私风险对感知成本的解释力大于信息质量和服务质量;感知价值的两大维度中,感知成本对用户满意度的解释力大于感知收益;社会影响对用户流失意愿具有显著影响,但次于满意度。
