摘要：

血脂异常与动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病的发生有密切的关联,是动脉粥样硬化性病变发生、发展的主要危险因素,严重影响人群生命和健康。新中国成立至今,我国血脂流行病学从无到有,从小到大,取得了较大的进步。在新中国成立70周年之际,本文回顾了不同年代我国开展的部分大型血脂流行病学研究。这些研究对了解我国人群血脂异常的变化规律、确定不同的血脂成分异常与国人动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病发病风险的关系、指导有效的防治策略提供了重要的依据。
