摘要：

乳腺癌干细胞是首次被分离出的实体肿瘤干细胞,由于缺乏特异的细胞表面标志,如何获得纯化的乳腺癌干细胞已经成为乳腺癌研究的热点。目前存在的几种常用的乳腺癌干细胞的分离方法都各有利弊,现就乳腺癌干细胞的分离方法作一综述。
