NGAL在儿童肾脏疾病研究中的临床意义

摘要
中性粒细胞明胶酶相关性载脂蛋白(neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin, NGAL)是中性粒细胞分泌的一种小分子脂质运载蛋白, 与炎症损伤、免疫反应、肿瘤及肾脏损害等方面密切相关。近年来研究发现, NGAL对肾脏有保护作用, 并可作为一种高效标志物对肾脏损伤进行早期监测。该文对NGAL的产生机制、生理功能以及在儿童肾脏疾病中的现有临床应用进行综述。
