商业模式对技术创新和获利间关系的调节效应研究

摘要：

借鉴现有商业模式的研究理论,根据价值创造的来源,对商业模式进行了区分与量化。使用中国创业板科技型上市公司(20092011年)大样本数据对商业模式在技术创新和获利之间发挥的调节效应进行了实证检验。研究显示,商业模式在技术创新与获利之间发挥着重要的调节作用。在不同的商业模式情境下,技术创新和获利之间的关系呈现出一定的差异性。新颖导向的商业模式显著正向增强技术创新和获利之间的关系;效率导向的商业模式以及新颖和效率导向兼顾的商业模式则对此没有显著的调节作用。
