钙离子钙调蛋白激酶Ⅱ-组蛋白去乙酰化酶信号通路与心肌肥厚的研究进展

摘要
<正>心肌肥厚最初是维持正常心功能的一种补偿机制,也是心脏疾病发病率和致死率较高的主要危险因素[1]。很多动物心肌肥厚和心力衰竭时发生钙离子钙调蛋白激酶Ⅱ(CaMKⅡ)磷酸化增加和活性提高[2]。CaMKⅡ主要通过激酶的活性作用于下游信号分子,从而改变细胞核内基因转录,在心肌肥厚的信号转导中发挥重要作用。
