创新者的“模仿”?在位企业反应型知识搜寻

摘要
以往研究大多关注新进入企业如何模仿在位企业的新技术与产品从而实现发展,而对在位企业反过来向新进入者进行模仿和学习的问题关注不够。通过多案例对比研究,阐释了在位企业在遇到新进入者的新产品、新技术、新模式冲击时如何利用反应型知识搜寻策略(即"创新者的模仿")来继续保持市场领先,揭示了在位企业反应型知识搜寻的动机、过程与内在机理。将在位企业反应型知识搜寻的过程归纳成感知识别、转化应用和深化提升三个阶段,指出在位企业知识搜寻经历了本地模仿到本地重构、远程模仿再到远程重构的动态学习过程。对当前变革时代,在位企业如何避免"创新者的窘境",取得持续竞争优势有实践启示。
