介绍了几种常用的分子生物学技术(如RFLP、RAPD、SSR、ISSR、AFLP和对ITS的分析)的原理和特点,综述了这些方法在白粉菌遗传多样性、系统分类和构建遗传图谱等分子遗传学方面的研究进展;同时,阐述了上述方法在小麦白粉病抗性基因研究中的应用。
