肺部结节的诊断及处理进展

摘要
随着低剂量螺旋CT在高危人群肺癌筛查中的应用,肺部结节的检出率逐年升高并受到广泛的关注。而有效地对肺部结节进行诊断评估,快速明确其良恶性,尽早切除恶性结节,同时避免不必要的过度治疗,是肺部结节精准处理的关键。该文主要依据Fleischner学会、美国胸科医师协会、美国国立癌症综合网络癌症筛查指南、亚洲肺结节共识指南、肺结节中国专家共识及肺部结节临床研究进展对肺部结节的诊断和管理策略进行了综述。
