摘要：

文章选取区域绿色创新指标从全国和分地区两个层面实证检验绿色创新影响因素作用的差异性。研究表明:区域绿色创新影响因素存在区域异质性特征;从全国来看,FDI、ODI、内部市场需求、外部市场需求、市场制度、环境制度、滞后1期的环境制度对区域绿色创新具有积极影响,而知识产权保护制度对绿色创新具有消极影响;从三大地区来看,FDI、ODI、内部市场需求、环境制度、滞后1期的环境制度对东部区域绿色创新具有积极影响,而外部市场需求、知识产权保护制度、市场制度对绿色创新具有消极影响;FDI、ODI、外部市场需求、内部市场需求、市场制度、环境制度、滞后1期的环境制度对西部区域绿色创新具有积极影响,而知识产权保护制度对绿色创新具有消极影响;FDI、ODI、市场制度、环境制度、滞后1期的环境制度对西部区域绿色创新具有积极影响,而外部市场需求、内部市场需求、知识产权保护制度对绿色创新具有消极影响。
