植物原花色素研究利用进展与发展趋势

摘要
综述了近20年来,国内外对原花色素化合物的组成、结构、化学性质和生理活性研究利用现状,揭示了植物原花色素具有清除自由基、抗氧化、抑制酶活性、保护血管、抗炎症和抑制肿瘤等多种功能,在食品、保健品、化妆品和药品中具有广泛应用价值。指出对植物原花色素的研究已成为植物资源利用、精细化工及天然药物开发等领域的重要研究内容之一。阐释了这类天然产物利用的化学基础,并探讨其研究利用的发展趋势。
