变革型领导对员工企业社会责任态度的影响——基于社会学习理论的视角

在企业日益重视承担社会责任的时代背景下,如何通过塑造企业伦理文化,把企业高层领导的社会责任观传递到普通员工,这是企业社会责任研究领域的一个被长期忽视的重要话题。文章基于社会学习理论的视角,用实证研究的方法来探讨企业变革型领导的社会责任观传导至基层员工的作用机制。研究结果表明,变革型领导及其四个维度(德行垂范、愿景激励、领导魅力和个性化关怀)均对员工社会责任态度有显著性的正向影响,企业伦理文化在变革型领导和员工社会责任态度关系之间起到中介作用。文末还对该研究结果的理论和管理实践意义进行了讨论。
