摘要：

<正>脑卒中偏瘫患者会出现不同程度的平衡及步行功能障碍，严重限制其功能独立性，增加家庭及社会负担[1]。因此，改善平衡功能以促进其回归家庭和社会是重要的康复目标[2]。近年来，有研究人员通过动态平衡测试仪的感觉统合测试系统（Sensory Organization Test,SOT）发现脑卒中患者的本体感觉、前庭觉和视觉得分较健康人均降低，并且脑卒中患者整合这三大感觉信息以调节平衡的能力均下降[3]。目前，针对脑卒中后平衡功能障碍的干预方向主要集中于本体感觉训练、
