<正>随着社会经济发展,诊疗水平的进步,造影剂的使用在临床诊疗工作中逐渐增加,由此导致的造影剂肾病(contrast-induced nephropathy,CIN)也在不断增加,而CIN的实质就是造影剂引起的急性肾损伤(acute kidney injury,AKI)。目前有关CIN定义众说纷纭,大多数都以使用造影剂后48 h内发生的急性或亚急性肾损伤(acute kidney injury,AKI),即血肌酑(Scr)升高值>44.2μmol/L或者大于基础值的25%,并排除其他原因所致[1]。但报道的CIN发生率差异很大,有的低于1%,有的高于30%。究其原因复杂,如其中研究样本群中多数患者存在CIN发病的危险因素,或者造影剂的剂量更大,CIN的发生率必定较高。本文就近年CIN发病相关因素做一
