摘要：

创业自我效能感是自我效能概念延伸到创业领域以后产生的新概念,近年来成为心理学研究的热点课题之一。本文从国外创业自我效能研究的最新进展入手,对创业自我效能感的调节作用、创业自我效能感的性别差异、创业者与非创业者之间自我效能感的差异以及创业自我效能感的跨文化研究进行了综述,并提出了培养创业自我效能感的方法。最后分析了创业自我效能感的负面影响并对今后的研究进行了展望。
