摘要：

组织内正式与非正式知识共享是知识管理中相辅相成的两个重要议题,本文从组织内正式与非正式知识共享的界定、二者各自的研究重点、二者的整合研究、情境因素的影响等几个方面对相关文献进行综述,为后续研究奠定基础。
