淡漠综合征的诊治研究进展

<正>淡漠作为一种精神症状可见于多种神经精神疾病〔1〕,如阿尔茨海默病(AD)、Parkinson病(PD)、精神分裂症、抑郁及脑卒中等。因缺乏准确定义和诊断标准,淡漠容易与重度抑郁等混淆,治疗也非常困难,常导致残疾。近年来研究显示淡漠可能作为一个独立综合征〔2〕。本文介绍其诊疗研究进展。
