摘要：

原发性胆汁性肝硬化是一类消化科常见疾病,它的命名一直备受争议,许多诊断为此疾病的患者并未出现肝硬化,为能精确反映大部分患者的疾病自然发展史,结合临床对于该疾病重新命名的强烈意愿,本文重点解读原发性胆汁性肝硬化到原发性胆汁性胆管炎命名的改变过程。
