摘要：

中枢性乙酰胆碱在全麻深度的调节上及全麻作用机制的发生上具有重要的作用。本文分析了中枢性乙酰胆碱与全麻药、自然睡眠及体温、皮肤感觉刺激的关系,认为乙酰胆碱所介入的中枢胆碱能传递系统很可能是全麻药作用的靶区。
