摘要
星形胶质细胞对于卒中后神经元的存活及神经功能的恢复不可或缺。它可通过调节脑水肿程度和谷氨酸释放水平,分泌促红细胞生成素、血管内皮生长因子和神经营养因子等多种机制,共同促进神经元的存活和神经功能的恢复。本文重点探讨以星形胶质细胞为靶点治疗缺血性卒中的机制。
