摘要
近年来研究表明,基质细胞衍生因子(SDF-l)及其受体CXCR4在造血系统肿瘤细胞生长、粘附、迁移和浸润等病理过程中发挥关键作用。本文就该趋化因子及其受体在造血系统肿瘤中的表达及其相关作用进行综述。
