<正>脑卒中后抑郁（post-stroke depression,PSD）是脑卒中后常见的精神疾病之一,不仅影响脑卒中后的神经功能恢复、降低患者的生活质量,而且增加患者死亡率[1]。PSD发病率为5%67%,严重抑郁者达9%26%,急性期发病率为16%52%,脑卒中后2年内更是高达18%55%[2]。PSD发生率随着脑卒中后不同阶段呈现动态变化,脑
