摘要：

<正>脑卒中是一种复杂的多因素、多基因疾病,可以由基因与基因或是基因与环境的相互作用引起[1]。高同型半胱氨酸血症(hyperhomocysteine,Hhcy)是缺血性脑卒中的一个重要危险因素[2]。胱硫醚β合成酶(cystathionineβsynthase,CBS)是一种细胞质中的同源四聚体,由63 KD的亚基组成,是一种磷酸吡哆醛(pyridoxal phosphate,PLP)依赖性酶。
