摘要：

病原性海洋弧菌是引起我国特别是沿海地区细菌性食物中毒危害的首要食源性致病菌。本文重点综述了病原性海洋弧菌中能引发人类重要疾病的副溶血弧菌、霍乱弧菌和创伤弧菌的致病机理以及目前国内外关于其的各种检测方法、原理、应用及研究进展。
