摘要：

<正>常规MRI平扫可以清晰地显示椎间盘解剖结构及椎间盘退变时的形态学改变。近年出现的一系列研究椎间盘退变定量MRI新技术,可以客观量化评估椎间盘退变程度,尤其可以发现早期椎间盘退变,因而对下腰痛及椎间盘疾病的预防、诊断及治疗具有重要临床意义。研究椎间盘退变的定量MRI扩散成像技术主要有扩散加权成像(DWI)、扩散张量成像(DTI)、
