防御方式在大学生家庭功能与自杀意念间的中介作用

摘要：

目的探讨防御方式在大学生家庭功能与自杀意念的作用机制。方法采用自杀意念自评量表(SIOSS)、防御方式问卷(DSQ)、家庭功能评定量表(FAD)对406名大学生进行问卷调查。结果 (1)沟通、行为控制与不成熟防御方式、自杀意念显著正相关(P﹤0.05);角色、情感反应、情感介入、总的功能与不成熟防御方式、中间防御、自杀意念呈显著正相关(P﹤0.05);自杀意念与不成熟防御方式、中间防御呈显著正相关(P﹤0.01)。(2)不成熟防御方式在情感介入与自杀意念关系中起完全中介作用;不成熟防御方式在沟通、角色、情感反应、总的功能与自杀意念中起部分中介作用;中间防御方式在情感介入与自杀意念关系中起部分中介作用。结论不良家庭功能会导致个体通过消极防御方式来面对压力,从而产生更多的自杀意念。
