<正>糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)是一组以慢性血液中葡萄糖水平增高为特征的代谢性疾病,是由于胰岛素分泌和(或)作用缺陷所引起。分为T1DM、T2DM、其他特殊类型DM及妊娠期DM,临床表现以"三多一少"为主的代谢紊乱症状群。而肝源性糖尿病(hepatogenous diabetes,HD),则是指继发于肝实质损害的DM[1],有学者称其为T3DM。肝脏是人
