摘要：

药物性肝损伤(DILI)是最常见和最严重的药物不良反应之一, 重者可致急性肝衰竭甚至死亡。迄今仍缺乏简便、客观、特异的诊断指标和特效治疗手段的现状, 是各科临床医师在疾病治疗用药过程中必须面对的问题, 本文主要针对全科医师应掌握的关于DILI的重点内容, 对中国首部《药物性肝损伤防治指南》进行解读。
