摘要
对国外社区护理人力资源配置的3类方法和我国目前开展的社区护理人力资源配置研究进行了综述,为我国寻求科学合理、简单可行的社区护理人力资源配置方法提供依据,以便在有限的资源条件下最大限度地提高医疗服务质量。
