microRNA介导肿瘤多药耐药及中药的作用

摘要
microRNA(简称miRNA)能通过诱导mRNA裂解或抑制mRNA翻译从而在转录后水平调控基因表达,参与细胞发育、增殖、分化、凋亡等一系列重要生物学进程。近期研究发现miRNA对靶基因的异常调控可能参与肿瘤耐药,有望成为重要的肿瘤耐药相关分子标记物及治疗靶点。中药及其有效成分可影响miRNA进而调控相应靶蛋白和靶基因介导肿瘤多药耐药,为中药逆转多药耐药的机制研究提供新思路。
