超临界流体萃取中药及天然产物的样品制备和预处理方法研究进展

摘要：

超临界流体萃取技术由于其能耗低、无环境污染、参数易控制等优点,在中药和天然产物有效成分的提取分离中显示出广泛的应用前景。在采用超临界流体萃取技术提取分离中药和天然产物时,样品的制备和预处理直接影响到萃取得率和萃取物的化学成分,进而影响到萃取物的药效作用。通过查阅国内外相关文献,综述了超临界流体萃取中药和天然产物的样品制备和预处理方法的研究进展,以期为超临界流体萃取在中药和天然产物中的应用提供借鉴。
