摘要：

文章对1992年初始D&M模型出现的背景、理论基础进行了阐述,对1992—2003年间D&M模型的演变进展情况,以及学者们针对D&M模型存在的问题提出的修改建议进行了详细探讨。并对2003年提出的新D&M模型与初始模型进行了比较分析,研究了修正后的D&M模型,望借此帮助用户了解信息系统成功的影响变量,提高信息系统使用效率。
